Signature

As Power of Attorney for my Dad, when I need to do a signature do I sign his name and then put (poa) or my signature and then (poa)?

Re: Signature

You always sign your name and can put POA for [Dad]. But some entities have a preferred method of doing this; so always ask when possible. Remember, you are not Dad, just an agent for Dad.
