Slander/Release of info w/out permission
My girlfriend's mother sent a lettter to our former tenants relating the she is a scam artist and she is a lesbian living with a gay guy(me). In the letter she gives my girlfriend's social, DOB, phone number and my phone number. She has apparently sent this to her other former landlords as well. How shoule we proceed? Her mother is a resident of Michigan.
