Sueing the City of Los Angeles
The Community Development Agency has fast-tracked a developers plans to build a hug comples next to our little 2 story brick bldg downtown. I am concerened about damage to my bldg, seismic impact, dirt, parking, etc. HOW do I file to stop construciton while we pursue alternatives?

You do so only with the assistance of competent counsel to keep you out of serious legal trouble of your own creation. It will require proper legal grounds for suit and the justification for a temporary restraining order, and you'll have to follow all the legal procedures and rules.
