Unfair bill
The utility company had us replace a stop box on our waterline 2 yrs ago.We had it replaced,someone from the water came out and okayed the repairs.But they say I`ve not been billed for water since then although I have been billed for other things like garbage&sewer.So now they say I owe $333 like it was my fault.Is there any thing I can do?

There's no legal problem here that I can see. You can pay or fight. If you haven't been billed for water you used, it's not free.
