verbal agreements
My daughter agreed to return the title to my car upon obtaining her own car..she now has one and for 2 months I have asked her to give me back the title..do I have a case in the courts of SC?

If the car is titled in your name, you can bring a "claim and delivery" action in Magistrate Court to have it ordered to be returned to you.
