What is involved in filing a post conviction release?
My stepfather was convicted on a murder charge last year. We are in appeal process and feel our high paid attorney was not strong enough for this case. We are curious to find out the stips on post conviction release.

Wow! What type of post conviction relief are you looking for? I assume you have grounds for the appeal, and if they are really strong, you "might" get the Judge to allow bail while waiting for appeal, but I personally doubt it.
