I am getting ready to enter into a general business partnership with a friend of mine. Last week my partner was pulled over in a traffic stop and the police found a small amount of marijuana in the car and I started to have questions.
My question is - Had they found a large amount of drugs (or anything illegal) could our business, including everything I had put into it, be seized by the police? And would this also apply to a General Partnership LLC?
