my fiance has a final divorce hearing next week, and can not attend due to being in prison now, but gave me power of attorney for his legal affairs and a statement that he wants the divorce finalized asap, which was notorized. can i appear in his place. i have emailed a copy to the judge and the date was set after they received the notorized letter.
