selling a dirtbike??
I loaned my ex $5000 and the aggrement was she would buy and pay for a dirtbike as payment. I have all the paperwork and the C/O but I am not sure if she has paid off the loan. Am I able to sell the bike. There is no title on a dirtbike.
Lawsuit on Disputed Item
I disputed an item on my credit report last year. The creditor was unable to adequately prove the debt was mine, and it was removed from my credit report. A month later, a collection agency (that had never appeared on my credit report) sued me for this debt. Is this legal? What can I do about this?
