An 18 year old gir has a baby with 16 years boy. The 16 year old is having another baby with the same 18 year old girl. The 16 year-old boy's parents are upset and ask the 18 year-old girl to have an abortion at 3 months or they will press charges on her sleeping with their son... What sort of charges can 16 year old parents claim?

The girl is looking at a possible charge of sex with a minor...A 261.5 pc. and possible other offenses. What his parents are doing is terrible and possibly extortion...Besides being unconsciencable...Have her call my office and we can talk about it. I wish you well...David Wallin
