Can a Finance Company Claim the Abandoned Trailer on the Property We Bought?
My Husband and I were rented a lot in a trailer park in Toledo Oh. The agreement included an abandoned trailer that we were told to fix up with our own money. They said that we could stay indefinitely, but they did not tell us this trailer was abandoned. It is red flagged by the financial company. What can we do? Is there a Law against this?
