Can bankruptcy get rid of ezpass tickets ?

Let me qualify, that if the charge can be characterized as a charge for use of the road as opposed to a penalty, it may be discharged.

No, you cannot discharge fines and other government assessments, which this type of charge is characterized as—although, certain interest and late fees may sometimes be discharged. The dollar amount must be enormous to make bankruptcy seem like an option.
