Those pending Charges do not create a Federal Firearm/Ammunition Disability. But they might cause problems with Michigan State Law, which I doubt. If you buy new from a FFL Dealer, you will have to deal with those Charges first as they will be on the NCIC Databases.
You likely have bench warrants which would appear when the store does a background check on you. Your charges are minor enough that there is little reason to keep running from them. I don't know your history or the facts of those cases, but people commonly get probation for those sort of charges. Now that you've been avoiding them for a number of years, you could find yourself facing some jail time.
Those who avoid court on these sort of matters often find themselves called to task at precisely the most inconvenient time in their lives. The police may not be actively looking for you with those type of charges, but you may find yourself pulled over while trying to take a loved one to the hospital, for instance, or when you have your kids in the car. Rarely do better circumstances come about than turning yourself in.
