Nothing being done with Grandfather's Estate
On January 15, 2008 my Aunt was appointed by the Court as my Grandfather's Personal Representavie, pursuant to his Last Will and Testament. He has now been dead for over one year and she has not done anything to settle his estate. As an heir of the estate, I requested in writing, from the attorney, a copy of my Grandfather's inventory and appraisement and also, had an attorney request a copy. We still have not received a copy of it. We live in another state and we would like to know what we can do, to make her settle his estate. At some point in time will the Court step in and make her do something?
