I had just arrived at my home. Parked my car, locked it and had gotten out of the vehicle when an officer proceeded to come onto my property and forced me to take a breathalyzer. This is my first offense for a misdemeanor DUI.

However you are eligible for the PreTrial Intervention Program (PTIP) which allows first time offenders to enter the program and once finished your case will be dismissed. no knock raids
cops did a no knock raid on apt. no one was home, now they are trying to charge person with a deadly weapon charge, 28 years, their word the gun was there , we say it wasn't , how can we fight this, also, cops keep threatening him and saying they have a lot of charges for him if he doesn't like this one, is this legal?

My daughter is graduating in June,2008. She is planning on going to Community College in the fall, to finish her basic, required classes. She is planning on continuing to live at home for about a year. Does her father have to continue paying child support?
