3 months ago, i was driving while suspended, pulled over and got a ticket in greenwood johnson county, this was my first suspended violation. When i try to pay the ticket, it doesn't show up anything. so i waited and waiting to see if i get a court date, but it has been months, and never heard anything. what should i do....?
P.S: i was arrested dui a week earlier before my ticket( but haven't received a notice from bmv) the day i got ticket was the same day bmv mailed it to me saying my lis is suspended.
You should go onto mybmv.com and pull a copy of your record to know specifically. It would also be wise to speak with a traffic attorney about what to do with both cases. If you pay the DWS ticket your license will be suspended again and it will also increase your insurance, as well as a requirement to show proof to BMV.
