Does your claim include any issues under the Human Rights Act 1998?
It looks like the form you mention (N208) and the Human Rights Act of 1998 involve UK-based law. The attorneys who are active on this question board generally handle questions involving for the most part U.S.-based law. You might lose valuable time waiting for a response here - maybe you could look into whether there are comparable question boards out there geared toward UK-law. Good luck

I recently video taped my friends "ex" girlfriend refusing to get out of my friends car. They continued to argue in which she was screaming.
Recently she falsly accused my friend of hitting her. She has admitted she was lying to us already and is dropping the charges.
I would like to post the video of her going crazy online on youtube, perhaps in a video mix. Is it possible for her to sue me for something if I do?
Video was taken in my friends car...not sure if that is private property ? also camera was not concealed and announced as I began recording. She knew i was recording because she faced the camera and yelled things into it.
I have this Term of Agreement in an NDA:
The obligations of the Recipient set forth herein shall continue for a period of one (1) year from the effective date of disclosure of the Confidential Information, while the remainder of the terms of this Agreement shall survive in perpetuity.
Does this mean my obligations are done after 1 year?
How does the term of agreement work with this clause:
Non-Circumvention:
a) The Parties irrevocably agree not to circumvent, avoid or bypass each other, directly or indi- rectly, to avoid payment of or sharing fees or commissions in any transaction or opportunity introduced by the Discloser during the association period.
b) In the absence of any prior written consent pre-dating this Agreement, both Parties agree that they will not seek to engage in any such transaction or opportunity without working through the other Party.
