I need these documents examined for fraudulence. This leads me to a recent public notice of foreclosure on a home by his name i searched on this site https://www.capublicnotice.com I get a return of a notice of trustees sale, NOTICE OF AMENDED NOTICE OF PETITION UNDER DEED OF TRUST LOAN. I have not been able to uncover any other asset or benefits, i see loans made after his death
Send me a copy of the loan docs and the notices. I had almost exact issue with BoA couple years ago. The bank was really slow to respond and we had to bring a lawsuit. It took a year to get rid of the loans.
