Actually any lawyer who is licensed to practice in the federal district where you are located (there are three in Florida; I'm not sure which district Port Orange is in.) should be able to help you. You will need to seek relief from the automatic stay of bankruptcy, or wait until the bankruptcy case is concluded before you can continue the foreclosure.
It appears from your question that you are a pro se DIY foreclosure "specialist". You need the lawyer you should have hired at the outset: a lawyer who does foreclosures, creditors rights and bankruptcy.
