Hello im having a problem with my insurance not paying money for a stolen and totaled car. They are saying they will not pay because of some evidence. Such as the ignition of the car was not tapered with, and my phone records are not right to them. Can they refuse to pay me even if they think I had something to do with it but they have no proof

they can but you need a lawyer to make them pay...about two years ago..Geico refused to pay client for car damage ///and paid ten times after we got involved...so yes they can but perhaps not if your facts are right...
