my husband was charged with a dui in Philadelphia the arresting officer said himself that he was not trained to perform the routine test. they didn't take his blood nor did he refuse to any of these test. he is currently detained and has been since july of this year. how can he be charged with no real evidence?
Unlikely he is detained for a dui. He must be on hold for a probation violation. Suggest you contact a criminal law attorney but first find out what it is he's being held on.
