I have more than a quarter of a million in investments in bonds and receive interest income semi annually. I do not work as I am disabled and I receive a low amount of SSDI.
I purchase bonds and trade as necessary and recently my accrued interest payments have reduced my total yearly interest so that I qualify for their program that does not count resources no matter how much you have.
I have 2 under age children 8,10 and because the department knows I have a generous cash resource they are harassing me every chance they get and twisting the facts indicating my accrued interest does not matter and they have to go by my received interest income.
I have a financial background from 4 years at Duquesne universe with a grade point average 4.2 Only because I have a fascination with making money!
Recently we had a hearing in front of an administrative law judge who requested info from both sides and when I received the states info to the judge for review I noticed a 2017 accrued interest document that they marked received was redacted so as to sway the judges decisions,
Fortunately I caught this fraudulent act and want to know if I can sue the hell out of them for money damages
You can sue absolutely. Whether or not you win will depend on the facts; and the facts as you posted here are unclear. Since you were involved in litigation it would seem a stupid move to open up a second lawsuit against the same party. As a general rule the remedy derived from convincing the trier of fact to give your evidence more credibility.
