Termination for an employee should be the same for most employees. An agent of the employer should speak with the employee with a managerial witness and simply explain that the employee's services are no longer needed and that the employee is terminated. If the employer only suspects drinking on the job, the employer can articulate its suspicions but should also had completed written documents (reprimands) of the activities that led up to the termination. I would advise you to speak an employment law attorney for a quick consult if you need more guidance.
