I was a victim of an internet scam where they claimed to be a job, and my job was to be a representative for a company called Megameda.pl, which is a huge auction site. I did research and I found out they were lying the whole time and were using my information to scam people this way it landed all on me. I was supposed to receive payment and then send it to the company, which I did so. Now they PayPal buyer is saying he did not get his product and my account is negative $6,000.00. I am going to close my bank account. I am not the first person this happened to, I just dug up some more information where I finally figured out this was not a real job. They made it seem so real, reached out to me on Indeed, for working at home jobs. I am a college student who has never been in any trouble and this is very serious to me. I am very sorry to the buyer who was also a victim of a scam.
Report this to the authorities and let them investigate and pursue it for you. That way, you’ll be protected if anyone ever comes back to you for payment.
