I am a temp at my job... On a temporary assignment. I am also pregnant and will be having my baby very soon. Am I entitled to maternity leave? Should I still expect to have a job when i come back?
I don't believe your employer is obliged to keep the job open in a temporary situation. For more information please consult the Family Medical Leave Act. There will be a copy in your local library under call number KF 3531. S39 2009.
