I am attending a community college and the dean of students is forcing me to withdraw all my classes this semester due to the complaint of one teacher and students that she motivated to come forward. The teacher has been subjective and uses selective discipline and grading when it comes to me. The dean is forcing me to withdraw and recieve no refund for any of my classes, even the ones that were going fine. I am not on finacial aid and I do not have a required minimum for grades to stay in attendance. Is this lawful?

The question is not whether it's lawful but whether you can prove it.
