There are a lot of things you could do. I haven't seen your request for production but it should include requests for all of the media associated with this account. I don't know what your 1 affirmative defense is, but there are probably 3-4 that you should have. You need to respond to the Motion to Strike or the court may rule on it without a hearing (if it is based purely on an interpretation of the law).
