I gave my daughter a time share 4 years age but the company has raised the rent and maintance so high she can not pay it and they have told her they will sue if she doesnt pay. She tried to give it back to them but they would not take it, they also said if she died it would go to her heirs and they would have to pay.Is there anything that can be done. She is going into debt trying to pay the rent and maintance on it.

She can try to sell it. There are companies that purchase unwanted time shares.
