I got fired from my job. Couldn't collect do to my termination witch was abadon or neglecting my job. However I was given time off with no time frame. I'm appealing my unemployment and I'm wondering what can I do or say to favor my appeal.
Not sure, but plan to base your case on telling the truth because the employer may send a representative to the hearing with facts that would undermine a fabricated story.
