Second, no doubt the plaintiff's attorney recorded an abstract of judgment, which means that even if the transfer to the LLC was valid, the LLC would now essentially owe the judgment with you to the extent of the property and it's income. Once a judgment lien attaches, you can't just shake it off by transferring the property. It follows the property to any subsequent owners, especially if they are just a shell company you set up.
