I received a notice from a collection agency that i owe the "United Guaranty Comm Ins Co of North Carolina" $107,760.04.....I believe this is due to a past foreclosure i have gone through....is this something serious that i should pursue legally? Can they sue me if i am unable to pay? How can i Owe the Insurance company when they cover the mortgage company? How could i pay that if i wasnt able to pay my mortgage?

It sounds like you are correct. This is a post foreclosure collection matter. Just ignore them til they actually sue you. Then you need a civil defense attorney. Yes, they can come after you after a foreclosure. Tim Klisz. Kliszlaw.com
