I recently resigned from my job making $9.25/hr due to back pain from the job. I received my pay check and I was paid $7.25/hr instead of $9.25/hr that was agreed apon for the hours that I had worked. Is this legal for them to cut my pay because I didnt give a week or two weeks notice?

No, you get paid for what you work. If the will not refund your money, your only recourse will be to file a small claims action for breach of contract in the Magistrate Court of the county in which you work.

Best of luck.*******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.******
