In a case like you situation I would highly recommend you report this to the Department of Justice. See the attached link. http://www.ada.gov/ The Department of Justice reviews ada cases and enforce sanctions against offending companies until they comply provided they find a violation. Typically people hire private attorneys such as myself when they want to try for monetary damages as well. The Dept. of Justice will not go after settlements on behalf of the person filing the claim.
