Have joint custody with me as custodial parent. Also have a child support judgement. She is in arrears do I have to let her claim a kid for tax purposes? Her child support is only been paid once by her taxes and once by stimulus check. Never by her or her job.
Claim both kids and hire a child support lawyer to file for a wage garnishment.
Slander/Release of info w/out permission
My girlfriend's mother sent a lettter to our former tenants relating the she is a scam artist and she is a lesbian living with a gay guy(me). In the letter she gives my girlfriend's social, DOB, phone number and my phone number. She has apparently sent this to her other former landlords as well. How shoule we proceed? Her mother is a resident of Michigan.

my aunt just passed away and to find out she had a will leaving everything to a 16 year old the 16 years old parenets has took my aunt for everything she has and making her leave everything to her they are not even family there is two nieces left but only i want to fight it can you tell the how to probate it or whatever you think i need to do can you please help me and point me in the right direction thank you so very much
