if and illegal detaner was dissmissed against me do i have to pay rent from the time the landlord stopped takin my rent money?

There are many reasons the unlawful detainer was dismissed. If the landlord is still the owner of the property, you should be paying for the time you've had possession of the premises. If you don't, the landlord can file another unlawful detainer against you after serving you with another 3-day notice to pay or quit that contains an updated amount of rent owed.
