Nobody can offer an opinion on "your chances" without a full review of all the actual evidence on both sides, the full contents of the police reports to know what the police will say at trial, your witness[es] testimony, documents, experts, etc. There is no magic wand to make this go away. Police and prosecutors don't take the time to research, prepare and file charges unless they think they can win. Unless you know how to effectively represent yourself in court against a professional prosecutor intending to convict you, hire an attorney who does.
