If they get a judgment against you, they can place a lien on your real estate. THeoretically, the could file a foreclosure action, but they would be inferior to all pre-existing liens on your house and this is rarely done.
They can certainly put a lien on your house, that's very common. They could try to foreclose, but I've never actually seen anybody do this.
