An employer is mandating that if you become infected with COVID-19 that you MUST notify them so they can let other clients/employees know.
The risk to the public weigh greater than the employer’s need for privacy so, yes, in the event of a pandemic, an employer can initiate such requirements and further that information as need be and within the reasonable expectation of privacy in light of the public threat.

My client would like to use a famous colorful puzzle Cube (you know the one) ''themed'' logo for his business which is in the service industry. I'm worried about trademark infringement.
