He’s not on Birth certificate for my youngest he’s on my oldests birth certificate. But we’ve never gone through court about kids for anything. They’ve been living with me I let them see me. But because this coronavirus epidemic shutting down my work I was Forced to take my children and move to Arizona with my parents. How do I establish the fact that we now live here? And what happens if their dad wants them if he gets upset that we moved? He knows we moved.

I basically know that they are lawyers for the children in the event of divorce. What I need to know is what powers do they have. Are they advisors or decision-makers that the courts have to follow. Any information is much appreciated. Thank you!
