You can file a Fee Arbitration, you can report him to the Ethics Panel, but I would find out where he went and speak with him, if he took your file, if not see if the current firm will honor your agreement.

A: Generally, the case stays with the firm. If a lawyer takes the case with him, he is obligated to live upto the agreement.
