BK case no: 11-43424-CJP, BAP No: MW19-016
What is your question?
With respect to using a TaxID number in lieu of a Social Security Number when filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in Los Angeles County:
I'm paying for a document preparation service (Miller Bankruptcy Group) and would like to use my Tax ID for the filing. My question is, should I input my Tax ID number in Miller's online field that asks for SSN in order to have my TaxID appear on the docs they prepare?
Or, if I use my SSN, does it matter if I manually change the SSN on the prepared document to reflect my TaxID?
Or, is it the case that when officially filing the CH7 at the courthouse, a different form will be necessary for me to fill out in order to file...one where I would use my Tax ID?
I hope this makes sense. :)
Thanks in advance!

Va Laws for termination
Can I as an employer terminate an employee for falsifing time on a time sheet?
.My father passed away almost 3 years ago. Having a living will, I am trusstee and inhereted everything including 10 acre farm and nice home. This is still in the trust after 3 years. Should I leave it this way or get it put in my name? I am disabled on social security and living here by myself. Also there is an unpaid credit card bill of 20K. I have no money to pay it. What can they do?
