Yes there is a filing you can make. Elisa is correct regarding the QC deed, quieting title in court will be your ultimate victory. However, a QC will likely fail because it only transfers title of interest that she has. If you own all or part of the property then the Quitclaim Deed will NOT transfer the property legally. It must have your signature. A demand letter to your ex and the person/entity she transferred it to should do the trick.

Of course, this all assumes the facts are as you state, and that she does not have legal title to the property she is attempting to transfer. Let me know if I can help.

I’m presuming you are r exerting to a quitclaim deed, which is being recorded in an attempt to convey your interest in property. This is a real estate question. You can file a equitable suit to quiet title - but realize that unless the case is couched as an emergency, you are unlikely to get a setting until after May 8 at this time due to closures occasioned by COVID19. Good luck to you and stay safe.
