First, you need to hire an attorney to assist you with your pending driving on revoked matter. You need to do this right away, Second, that attorney should also be able to review your driving record and tell you what needs to be done in order to get your license back. Finally, listen to what that attorney has to say and follow their instructions. Hire an attorney now.

You will need to go through an administrative hearing with the Secretary of State to regain driving privileges. Your driving on revoked case will need to be resolved first. License reinstatement is a complex process and the assistance of an experienced attorney is strongly encouraged.

Unless you have 4 or more convictions for DUI yes you can. First you have to resolve the driving while revoked ticket. Then you will have to have a hearing with the Illinois Secretary of State. There’s a long process to getting ready for that and you should consider retaining an attorney.
