The very first thing you need to do is to STOP violating the restraining order! You will likely end up in jail if you do not. You may not like the Order; you may disagree with it; you may feel it to be based solely on lies; it does not matter. Until a Judge lifts the Order, you must comply with all of its terms - period. You don't say where you are in the process - is the Restraining Order temporary or is it now permanent? Either way you likely can ask a Judge to reconsider everything if you had a very good reason for not attending your court hearing and one for not notifying the court of your inability to attend before the hearing date/time. Regardless, due to the Covid-19 crisis, the courts are pretty much shut down for the indefinite future (to be re-evaluated on March 27th) so you are likely stuck with the Order for the foreseeable future no matter what.
