Why would she owe more? You are out the deductible, only. If you get compensated for that, you are out nothing. You are not entitled to make a profit on the accident.

is there any issue of her being to young to drive and or insurance not covering a driver under a certain age?

i assume this is a girl friend? are you prepared to sue her?

if not if she does not pay more money what are you going to do about it?

why do you think she should pay more?
