She's only paying deductible right now but that's not right.. she owes more than that.
Why would she owe more? You are out the deductible, only. If you get compensated for that, you are out nothing. You are not entitled to make a profit on the accident.

i assume this is a girl friend? are you prepared to sue her?
if not if she does not pay more money what are you going to do about it?
