My attorney/ myself settled with my insurance company in June of 2009 and here it is the end of July and I still not received my check. Don\'t you think this is a fair amount of time to process a check?

It\'s a reasonable time. Your attorney has remedies to enforce the settlement. Speak with him/her further about your concerns.
