my brother inlaw was driving his girlfriends car and was in a minor accident. at the time his girlfriend didnt have insurance on her car. now my brother inlaw is reciving a summons to court for not having insurance on a car thats not his. Is that right or is the girlfriend at fault for not insuring her car?
