My employer called me dumb and refused to give me my pay check because i refused to sign a writeup and said i can't work their unless I work the register alone with all my other duties.
You have not asked a question but I will tell you that Louisiana is a right to hire/right to fire state-so unless constitutional rights are being tread upon, you have little recourse other than quitting.
