my husband got 54 months prison and only 9 months r left.I want to know what is the procedure for rule 35 A.I dont know any thing as i am Indian and i stay in India only but my husband is in USA serving his term of imprisonment.
Rule 35 is when the government moves to reduce the time due to your husband's cooperation in making new cases that he has learned about while in prison.
