This is her first charge and she called her probation officer when she first got her warrants and told her to report to probation after paying her warrants. She didn't have the money until 7 months later. She went to police department to try and pay the warrants but they told her she had a VOP with no bond. Now she is in Middlesex county jail and is awaiting court in 3 weeks. Do you think she would be in jail after court ?
